When you weight train, your muscles contract at 2x per second. With the PRS you are able to contract your muscles at 245x per second with a wavelength that is harmonious with your body. You are able to replicate every movement in the gym. Using lighter weight, or no weight at all, you will still experience the same hypertrophy and high intensity workouts. With the PRS you will reach levels you could never reach without it. Additionally, you are able to protect your joints, while still building muscle, without the use of traditional heavy weight.
